Cancellations – Missed Appointments

As a courtesy to our guests and service providers we require a 24 hour notice when canceling or changing appointments. (Dawn 48 hours notice.

Appointments are made and the scheduled time is held using a valid credit card number.

If an appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours (or 48 hours for Dawn) the credit card used to hold the appointment will be charged half the amount (Full amount for Dawn.)

If it is a “no show” with no notice it will be charged the full amount.

Pre-paid appointments / package appointments are non-refundable and will be deducted from your package if the appointment is missed.

Scheduled Appointments

If you are a new first time client, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the appropriate forms for the services you are receiving.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for an appointment you will receive the service you are booked,  for the remaining time allotted.  You will still be responsible for paying for the full amount of the service.

Wedding Parties – Groups of 3 or more

We require 5 days notice to cancel or change any appointment times.  If you would like to add additional services upon arrival we will be more than happy to try and accommodate you if at all possible.

Full charge if appointment cancelled or no show.

Japanese Thermal Straightening – Hair Extensions

We require 5 days notice to cancel or change the time.

Attestation

When you arrive you will be given a printed copy of these policies and will be asked to sign an attestation that you have read and fully understand these standard industry policies.
